Mystuffnow Music Submission and Program Director Access Policy

The following policy is set forth for all music based or internet radio based broadcasts of strategic business units, divisions and companies of Group Speeddog Results Marketing, L.L.C. and mystuffnow In this document these names are interchangeable.

Decisions of Management are Final

Programming decisions are based on several criteria; time available in broadcast day part, block of music, program, copyright and country based release of music material, all broadcast material that is submitted must have the very basic information, Preformed by, Band, Title, Representation, contact information, and Apple™ Itunes™ tagging if available. Album drop dates, concerts, and other events, do not dictate program decisions. The decisions of management in reference to adds, spins, placement in day part, removal from day part, decrease in spins is made on a non-discriminatory basis. Mystuffnow Music Submissions

Mystuffnow accepts and prefers music submissions via Compact Disk, Digital Video Disk (CD, DVD, MP3).Group Speeddog Results Marketing, L.L.C. offers music publishers (self or with label representation) , artists and public relations and management companies the ability to submit their broadcast materials via email as well.

Maximum incoming email size limit is 20MB per file. Entire email cannot exceed 30MB. (Example 2 15MB file attachments would be the limit for the entire email.) All email is scanned by name brand anti-virus products to prevent the spread of computer threats, [viruses, worms, and related issues.]

To prevent accidental infections, management will never reply to your submission of broadcast material. An automated acknowledgement may be sent, but it will not have any new email attachment. Use of email to submit materials is never a guarantee that the files have been received. Due to special technical agreements with vendors all email services are managed by third parties. Mystuffnow is not responsible for anything to do with these email servers. At this time the company reports a 99% uptime.

To ensure broadcast of material in additional to email, it is strongly suggested that an actual cd be mailed to the above address. This submission concept, may get your music to market faster than traditional radio station submission concepts. Any materials, emails, property, medium, materials, promotional mailings, jump drives, compact disks, [anything submitted] becomes MyStuffnow™ property. And will not be returned, due to postage costs and time budgets. Feel free to stamp “Promotional Use Only” on any submission media. Submitted materials will not be returned.

Adds Communication

Mystuff now will constantly update the audience and the labels by announcing “Adds” via Facebook™ and the station blog and maybe social media tools like twitter™.

Payola is a Universal Problem

Mystuffnow™ does not barter, sell, offer favors, or request payment of any type from record labels at any time in the programming of music materials. Unfair influence can happen in any company or industry. Items of value will not change hands for the specific purpose of influencing the decisions of adding material. Mystuffnow is not a radio station and not regulated the same way, as a radio station but this / these station(s) will be operated in a professional manner.

This being said.

PROMOTIONAL GIVE-A-WAYS

MyStuffnow™ accepts concert tickets, music disks (singles, full cds,) – general “swag”, There is almost nothing that Mystuffnow™ will not accept, for giveaway purposes. In exchange for the giveaway, MyStuffnow™ offers, at management’s decision to advertise your record drop via web banner, text on website, social media, twitter™ , possible in broadcast advertisement. The promotional consideration will be offered as trade for programming, and will be judged by retail value (in case of tickets, products) average retail values may also be considered when retail product (like the value of swag). If swag, movie passes etc… arrives without guidance, programming and operations will give away at our judgment. When property is received in any case, once it is received, becomes property of MyStuffnow™ to use as we wish, without any form of cash payment in return.

ADVERTISING TRADE AGREEMENTS

MyStuffnow™ accepts from time to time, will accept a promotional sales trade agreement, also known as “trade” for programming. Service / Product trade agreements usually 12 month agreements value to be determined at time of execution and signed by Sales Manager and Ownership. (Agencies can approach with trade, but net trade value, to MyStuffnow™)

Suggested Trade Utilities

The only items that this company will not accept are, anything obscene, anything that is hateful, can be considered hateful. Anything that can be considered illegal, or controlled, will not be accepted. If it cannot legally be sent via USPS, Fedex etc., don’t send it. At the same time, you are not getting it back.

STAFF REQUIREMENTS

As MyStuffnow™ grows we will be able to spend more time with record labels and their representatives. At this time, very few individuals are holding down operations.

RESPECT – WE RETURN PHONE CALLS

Mutual respect is key to all relationships, and if a phone call should come in, a return phone call will be attempted within one business day or 24 hours.

PRESS RELEASES : EMBARGO

Please understand that MyStuffnow™ will read all communications and use it in broadcast or our website, social media, unless the words “EMBARGO” or “NOT FOR BROADCAST” is predominantly displayed. A date and time should be included for release. When you are on a call with us, please be prepared, be concise, and be polite. Nothing within the content of a phone call will be considered a verbal contract.

Verbal agreements – Yeah, we do not do that – Seriously.

All agreements, sales, trade, promotional will be in writing, unless give away materials just show up, with instructions, Example” Here’s 20 sets of tickets to give away as you like for [event] please read the following announcement as available. 20 * 20 = $400.00 value. Why is this done? Well it’s easy and I am lazy. So, I will most likely put the announcement on twitter™, website, mention it in an ad lib spot (no spec – it just goes to air because you sent in an approved script and payment in form of giveaway.)

It is acceptable to discuss promotional, sales or trade agreements, but so all parties are in agreement, it just has to be on paper and agreed to with signature. There will never be confusion, in all cases the signed agreement will be the reference.

By using, listening, accessing, purchasing adverting, submitting information, music, broadcast materials you understand and represent that you have read, understand that this is a use at will resource and should not be taken too seriously. You, by participating in any manner, release Group Speeddog Results Marketing, L.L.C., its management, owners, staff, vendors, and MyStuffnow™ from any wrongdoing, release form any claims liabilities, lawsuits, actions, suits, dirty looks, slander, liable, that you may pursue. Do not mail cash. If you mail cash to us, just assume it is lost in mail, because we will not be liable for it.

At the same time, alternatively, if you have not become a member in good standing with these organizations, you are guaranteeing, warranting, and representing that you hold copyright and distribution rights personally and are offering and permitting mystuffnow™ and granting permission and rights to broadcast your materials. In addition, this company broadcasts via internet through established platforms. When you submit the music or broadcast, the individual submitting, materials you warrant guarantee and represent that the submitted materials are registered with SoundExchange™. If you have not taken the opportunity to become a member of SoundExchange™, you represent that you hold property & broadcast rights personally and grant Group Speeddog Results Marketing and mystuffnow ™ right to broadcast and stream on a non-subscription and non-interactive basis. Group Speeddog Results Marketing, L.L.C.(tm) and mystufnow™ does not pay artists directly for broadcasting materials.

This document may be updated, erased, changed, modified at anytime with or without notice.
